Job Summary
Process daily teller transactions in lobby and drive-up locations, including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, and savings withdrawals. Answer client inquiries in person and over the telephone while identifying cross-sell opportunities for additional products. Reconcile cash drawers, manage currency supplies, and complete special requests such as account closures and foreign currency exchanges. Utilize 360View to record activities and referrals, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with security procedures. Maintain client confidentiality and protect bank operations by adhering to strict security protocols. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support team members to accomplish results.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Regular and Predictable Attendance
- Dexterity of hands/fingers to operate computer keyboard and mouse
