Teller - Part Time

Teller will be responsible for daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up locations of the Hood River, OR branch, delivering outstanding client service and developing client relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for additional products and other lines of business. Duties include processing deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, processing savings withdrawals, recording night and mail deposits, selling cashier’s checks, redeeming savings bonds, answering client questions in person and by phone, handling currency and coin transactions, identifying cross-sell opportunities, using 360View to record activities and referrals, processing consumer credit card applications, handling special requests (e.g., closing accounts, ordering checks, exchanging foreign currency), reconciling cash drawer, adhering to security procedures, maintaining confidentiality, participating in training, and supporting team members to achieve results.
