Job Summary
Teller role in Wells Fargo's National Branch Network (Part Time, Charlottesville, VA). You will deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing routine service transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing), welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options including digital tools. You’ll build relationships, identify potential product or service needs, and refer customers to bankers for detailed guidance while supporting branch operations and ensuring risk controls. The role emphasizes delivering accurate service with strong communication, collaboration with teammates, and a customer-focused, reliable experience. Schedule includes Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
- Proven cash-handling experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and controls while maintaining accuracy and accountability
