Job Summary
Deliver a positive, reliable branch experience by accurately processing transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) and engaging customers with care. Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options including digital tools and self-service. Build relationships, listen to everyday financial needs, and connect customers to relevant information, services, and bankers. Identify opportunities to address product or service needs and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance. Execute transactional and operational activities with accuracy while following policies and risk controls. Collaborate with branch teammates to maintain strong operations and service, and escalate complex issues as needed. Maintain strong cash-handling discipline and compliance, and demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions. Schedule includes Saturdays. The role serves as an entry point into retail banking with growth opportunities supported by Wells Fargo training and team-based culture.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
