Job Summary
Deliver a positive and reliable branch experience by accurately processing transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing) and engaging customers with care. Welcome customers, assess needs, and guide them to efficient banking actions including digital tools and self-service options. Build relationships, listen actively, and connect customers to relevant information, services, and bankers. Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer to a banker for detailed guidance. Collaborate with branch teammates to maintain strong operations and service, while following policies and escalating complex issues as needed. This role requires Saturday scheduling and is part-time.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proven cash-handling experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and controls while maintaining accuracy and accountability
- Professional, integrity-driven approach focused on building trust through reliable service
- Ability to recognize potential risk, ask questions, and appropriately escalate concerns
- Ability to understand customer needs, identify referral and service opportunities, and educate customers on digital banking tools
