Job Summary
Teller role in Wells Fargo's National Branch Network focused on delivering a positive, accurate in-branch experience. Responsibilities include processing routine service transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) with attention to detail; welcoming customers and guiding them to efficient banking options (digital tools/self-service or the appropriate banker); building relationships, understanding everyday financial needs, and connecting customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers; identifying potential needs and referring to a banker for detailed guidance; completing transactional and operational activities with sound risk judgment and adherence to policies; collaborating with branch teammates to ensure strong operations and service; resolving routine questions and escalating complex issues; and supporting a schedule that includes Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
