Job Summary
Teller role in Wells Fargo's National Branch Network focused on delivering a positive, reliable branch experience. You will process routine service transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) with accuracy, welcome customers, understand their needs, guide them to efficient banking options (including digital tools), and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance. Collaborate with branch teammates to maintain strong operations, identify opportunities to assist customers, and escalate more complex issues as needed. The position emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, risk awareness, and providing clear solutions, with an emphasis on Saturday availability. This entry-level frontline banking role offers exposure to retail banking and long-term growth within Wells Fargo, supported by training and a team-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
