Part-time Teller in Sparks, NV delivering accurate, friendly in-branch service. Responsibilities include processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing) with attention to detail; welcoming customers and guiding them to digital tools or the appropriate team member; building relationships and identifying needs to connect customers with relevant information or bankers; collaborating with branch teammates to ensure smooth operations and a consistent customer experience; exercising sound judgment to manage risk in line with policies and controls; and maintaining strong communication and active listening to resolve routine questions. Bilingual Spanish/English required; professional, detail-oriented approach with cash-handling and customer-service focus; schedule includes Saturdays; familiarity with banking products and digital tools is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
