Job Summary
Conduct teller work, cash handling, deposits, checks, and payments while accurately balancing records and maintaining currency/coin supplies. Assist customers and staff with retail, operations, and customer service support, verifying balances, requiring identification, and documenting transactions. Promote bank products and services, cross-sell new offerings, and manage security equipment and safe deposit boxes. Open and close the branch following proper security procedures. Handle various tasks including ATM balance orders, wire transfers, foreign currency, and gift card sales. Work 32 hours per week with rotating hours and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Cash handling experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to prioritize and make on the spot decisions regarding customer transactions, weighing customer satisfaction issues with exposure to loss or fraud
- In-depth knowledge of all bank deposit products, services and policies
- Basic knowledge of bank loan and investment center products
- Ability to effectively operate all office equipment required to support this position
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a quick thinker and learner while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Must be alert to fraudulent activity, dishonesty, questionable behavior or improper handling of accounts and report to appropriate Bank personnel

- Must be available for rotating early out at noon if working that Saturday
- Must be available for rotating Saturdays 9am-12pm
- Must be available for rotating Fridays 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

- Must be available for Wednesdays 8am-5pm
- Must be available for Thursdays 8am-5pm
- Must be able to work in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
