Provide exceptional customer service by processing transactions accurately, balancing the cash drawer daily, and serving as the primary contact for deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing. Identify customer needs to suggest appropriate products while adhering to Know Your Customer guidelines and bank regulations. Handle customer inquiries via phone, assist with Safe Deposit Boxes, complete image captures, and maintain branch reporting logs. This part-time role (30 hours/week) requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
