Job Summary
Provide best-in-class customer experience while processing transactions, servicing existing and potential customers, and contributing to branch sales goals. Hours vary Monday through Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am–12:00 pm. Responsibilities include performing basic cash transactions, balancing cash daily, identifying referral opportunities to support branch goals, and adhering to laws and Atlantic Union Bankshares’ BSA/AML policies. Maintain knowledge of bank products and services, adapt to changing digital channels, identify risks, and escalate concerns. Able to learn and apply relevant compliance requirements, and perform other duties as assigned. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
