Job Summary
Part-Time Teller position requiring handling customer transactions, balancing cash with a daily drawer, and providing friendly service while researching customer needs and cross-selling bank products. Responsibilities include processing deposits/withdrawals and loan transactions, meeting referral goals, maintaining compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, GLBA, and related regulations, and using desktop teller applications (currency Teller, Nautilus, Salesforce, Outlook) to manage accounts, inquiries, and documentation. Strong communication, computer proficiency, and training completion are required; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Effective selling and cross-selling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows based programs
- Able to successfully complete Bank’s product and sales training courses
