Job Summary
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to established service standards. Educate customers through digital demonstrations, manage lobby interactions, and proactively address immediate needs. Balance cash, handle vault and ATM activities, and resolve escalated account service issues until resolution. Complete Consumer AML, BSA, and KYC activities while maintaining internal control standards and logging complaints. Transition identified sales opportunities to banking partners and complete branch operational duties as assigned. Work part-time, 25 hours per week, in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with cash handling
- Proven verbal communication skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to demonstrated exceptional customer service
- Well-organized
- Proven time management skills
- Proven prioritization skills
- Proficient with internet user-level technology
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Prolonged use of hands and fingers
- Ability to lift light to heavy objects weighing 5lbs – 30 lbs
- Ability to read fine print
- Ability to interact with customers in an open face to face work environment
