Job Summary
Teller providing in-person client service, processing deposits and withdrawals, balancing cash drawers, and assisting clients with account transactions and servicing needs. Identifies financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and appropriately transitions the client to a Banker. Adheres to compliance, audit, and security procedures, attends in-person huddles, and may be scheduled to work Saturdays. Notary license is preferred. Requires high school diploma or GED and experience in client service and cash handling; strong sales and service skills, familiarity with banking products and services, and the ability to educate clients on accessing channels (ATM, Online and Telephone Banking).
