Job Summary
Provide prompt, professional customer service as a Teller, operate the teller drawer, and process transactions accurately. Identify customer needs and make referrals; cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the branch. Provide backup support, training to colleagues, and potentially mentor others. Maintain cash accuracy, balance totals, and research cash discrepancies. Demonstrate knowledge of banking products and promotions, and uphold ethical sales behaviors aligned with the bank's core values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Successful completion of Teller training program
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate PC proficiency
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office
