Job Summary
Bank teller role at Westpac in the Newcastle region. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting a branch, handling deposits and withdrawals, maintaining accurate cash handling and end-of-day balancing, and educating customers on digital channels such as online banking and the mobile app. You will identify opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing through tailored solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a part-time, branch-based role across Monday to Friday (32.5 hours per week). Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong numerical/cash-handling skills, an energetic personality, resilience, and adaptability to learn banking procedures and technologies.
