Job Summary
Provide personal service by greeting and assisting members with financial transactions on all types of accounts, including receiving cash and checks, processing deposits/withdrawals, balancing cash drawer, recording transactions, and issuing receipts. Registers and verifies endorsements, places holds for uncollected funds, manages cash for ATM/night depository, accepts loan payments, and promotes Credit Union products. Maintains compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, AML, OFAC and related regulations, and develops an understanding of Credit Union philosophy and operations. Location: Monroe Branch, 1812 W Monroe St, Phoenix, AZ 85007; role emphasizes cash handling, customer service, and accurate record-keeping while contributing to community financial well-being.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Cash handling experience preferred
