Teller On-Call

Deliver five points of service to external customers while adhering to QIS standards and branch security procedures. Promote bank services and products to meet a referral goal of $110 per FTE monthly, including outbound calls when directed by the CSM. Process checks, un-locate cash differences, and balance ATMs and vaults under established accuracy and compliance policies. Respond positively to challenging customers and exercise sound judgment in protecting bank assets. Requires good customer relations, basic math skills, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods. Travel to other branches as assigned by the region.
