Job Summary
Teller at the Broken Arrow branch processes member financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, money transfers, loan payments) and delivers outstanding member service. Responsibilities include balancing the cash drawer, assisting with Cash Vault, CDM and ATM functions, identifying and resolving member service issues, cross-selling credit union products based on member needs, contributing to branch and credit union goals, and delivering service aligned with the Service Promise to both internal and external members. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to work Saturdays
- Previous experience in customer service, teller experience or cash handling
- Working knowledge of a computer
- General math aptitude
