Job Summary
Teller at Texas Bay Credit Union North Shore Branch handling member transactions with prompt, courteous service, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and card payments; balance cash drawer daily; verify endorsements and IDs; educate members on products and services; maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies; support cross-selling and referrals; participate in the Performance Reward Program; assist teammates as needed; work as an essential employee in a fast-paced environment; proficient in MS Office and general computer skills; ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in a high-volume setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED
- One month to twelve months of similar or related experience
- Completion of required training courses
- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Analytical, problem resolution, and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and a quick learner
- Must be able to multi task and work well in a fast-paced environment
