Job Summary
Deliver a positive and reliable branch experience by accurately processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing; welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options including digital tools; build relationships with customers, listen to everyday financial needs, and connect them to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers; identify potential product or service needs and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance; complete transactional and operational activities with sound judgment and risk awareness; communicate clearly to provide simple solutions or next steps; collaborate with branch teammates to maintain strong operations and service; resolve routine questions and escalate complex issues as needed; Saturday schedule required.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
