Job Summary
Teller I role at MCCU focuses on delivering high-quality, friendly member service through everyday financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers) while maintaining accuracy and security of funds. Responsibilities include balancing cash drawer, ensuring transaction accuracy, educating members on digital banking options (online banking, mobile app features, Bill Pay, remote deposit capture, e-statements), and identifying opportunities to refer or cross-sell products and services. Requires up to six months of teller or related customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong numerical accuracy, professional communication, and the ability to use banking systems and computers efficiently; must be dependable and flexible to work all branch hours.
