Job Summary
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately while facilitating product referrals and fostering relationship-building conversations to meet customer financial goals. Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, operational security, and settlement procedures. Travel to various financial centers as assigned, with schedule and location varying daily. Maintain flexibility to work around branch operation hours in the Lancaster County Market, excluding Sundays. This role supports the broader Fulton Bank Total Rewards program and digital solution initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months customer service experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours in assigned market (no Sundays)
- Requires flexibility to travel to various financial centers in the market as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 to 12 months cash handling experience
