Job Summary
Process remittance collections and sending transactions accurately while conducting KYC verification and compliance checks. Handle cash transactions and balance daily floats, monitoring transaction limits and reporting suspicious activities. Assist customers with compliance documentation, promote Mukuru products, and maintain secure cash and device management practices. Deliver friendly, professional customer service and ensure your booth remains safe, secure, and presentable. This role requires Grade 12 or higher, two years in financial services, and knowledge of foreign currency and KYC/FICA regulations. Applicants must demonstrate strong numeracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 / High School Certificate
- Higher Certificate or Post-Secondary Qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the financial services environment
- Knowledge of foreign currency transactions
- Understanding of KYC/FICA regulations
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills
- Excellent attention to detail
