Job Summary
In this Teller role, you will be the primary point of contact at a Wells Fargo branch, delivering accurate cash transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing) and guiding customers to efficient banking options, including digital tools. You will build relationships, listen actively to understand daily financial needs, identify potential product or service opportunities, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance. You will collaborate with branch teammates to maintain strong operations and service, exercise sound judgment to manage risk, and resolve routine questions while providing a positive, reliable branch experience. The position requires strong communication and attention to detail, with a schedule that includes Saturdays, and offers comprehensive training and career growth within the Wells Fargo network.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
