Job Summary
Conduct a wide array of customer transactions, recommend products and services, and assist customers with questions to promote strong relationships. Ensure quality and accuracy of work by adhering to compliance, security, and risk protocols while maintaining proficiency in regulatory requirements. Manage time and priorities effectively to support branch supervisors in implementing policies and creating a positive work environment. Recognize potential risks and fraud warning signs, escalating issues appropriately to branch supervisors as needed. Possess knowledge of basic math principles and intermediate technology skills, including Microsoft Office. Work extended and weekend hours with flexibility, standing for long periods and lifting 25 pounds. Represent Middlesex Savings Bank to the public and colleagues by focusing on customer experience and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalent, or currently enrolled
- Must possess knowledge of basic math principles and be able to perform basic mathematical procedures
- Must possess intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work extended and weekend hours
- Scheduling and work location flexibility
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 3-6 months banking or retail cash handling experience
