Job Summary
Conduct a wide array of customer transactions, recommend products and services, and assist customers with questions while maintaining quality and accuracy. Develop new business by addressing customer needs and extending relationships using business partners. Adhere to all prescribed compliance, security, and risk protocols, including regulatory requirements, confidentiality policies, and fraud escalation procedures. Manage time and priorities effectively to support branch objectives and create a positive work environment. Must work extended and weekend hours with scheduling flexibility. Requires high school diploma, 3-6 months of banking experience, and proficiency in basic math and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalent, or currently enrolled
- Must possess knowledge of basic math principles and be able to perform basic mathematical procedures
- Must possess intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work extended and weekend hours
- Scheduling and work location flexibility
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 3-6 months banking or retail cash handling experience
