Job Summary
Conduct a wide array of customer transactions, recommend products and services, and assist customers with questions to promote strong relationships. Ensure quality and accuracy of work by adhering to compliance, security, and risk protocols while maintaining proficiency in regulatory requirements. Manage time and priorities effectively to support branch supervisors in implementing policies and creating a positive work environment. Recognize warning signs of fraud and escalate appropriately, bringing requests for exceptions to supervisors as needed. Perform other related and unrelated duties as required within the scope of authority.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalent, or currently enrolled
- Must possess knowledge of basic math principles and be able to perform basic mathematical procedures
- Must possess intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work extended and weekend hours
- Scheduling and work location flexibility
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 3-6 months banking or retail cash handling experience
