Job Summary
Conduct a wide array of customer transactions, recommend products and services, and assist customers with questions to build strong relationships. Ensure quality and accuracy of work by adhering to compliance, security, and risk protocols while maintaining proficiency in regulatory standards. Manage time and priorities effectively to support branch objectives and implement policies under branch supervision. Requires extended and weekend hours, ability to stand for long periods, and lifting 25 pounds. Must possess basic math skills, intermediate technology proficiency, and strong customer service abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalent, or currently enrolled
- Must possess knowledge of basic math principles and be able to perform basic mathematical procedures
- Must possess intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work extended and weekend hours
- Scheduling and work location flexibility
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 3-6 months banking or retail cash handling experience
