Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and handle teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing) in person, via drive-up, or over the phone. Represent the bank professionally, greet customers, and assist with banking needs. Balance cash drawers, vaults, and ATMs; identify customer needs and promote suitable bank products and services; answer inquiries and refer customers to appropriate resources. Maintain knowledge of bank products and procedures and complete required compliance training.
