Job Summary
Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loans, payments, wire transfers, and account openings while maintaining cash drawer balances and securing large cash amounts. Handle check remote capture, create ATM cards, and manage stop payments and statement requests. Communicate with back-office departments for assistance, resolve member complaints, and perform end-of-day duties such as night deposits, ATM balancing, filing, and stocking the lobby. Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure a positive banking experience for members.
