Job Summary
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing while maintaining accuracy by balancing your cash drawer. Provide friendly, efficient service to members and educate them on credit union products and promotions. Support branch operations with professionalism, following all credit union procedures and financial regulations. Maintain a positive, member-focused attitude and work effectively in a team environment. Full-time, variable schedule Monday–Saturday with Saturday rotation.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
- Comfort with computers and basic financial transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Full-time employment

Desired Qualifications
- Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus
