Job Summary
Teller / Member Experience Representative at Fairmont Federal Credit Union in West Virginia. Provide teller and member service across lobby, drive-thru, and office spaces; assess member needs and recommend financial products and services; process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, and payments; maintain and balance cash drawer; open and maintain accounts, debit cards, term share certificates, and online banking; maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and regulatory requirements; leverage strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist members in a fast-paced financial-services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible for employment in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have obtained a high school diploma or GED
- Must be available to work a schedule rotation based on operating hours
