Job Summary
Conduct routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, check cashing, and account openings while maintaining accurate documentation. Identify member financial needs to recommend appropriate Credit Union products and services, building strong relationships through prompt, courteous, and reliable service. Balance cash drawers daily, research discrepancies, and report issues to supervisors as required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including security protocols. Assist the Call Center queue as needed and perform additional duties assigned. This role supports Transcend Credit Union's Service Mission and Promises by delivering exceptional service to internal and external members in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, credit check, and drug screen
- High School Diploma
- Willingness to be assigned to any of our 5 branch locations: Bardstown Road, Downtown, Okolona, Middletown, Dixie Hwy

- Previous teller or cash-handling experience
- Sales experience
- Strong Customer Service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with PCs and standard software systems
