Job Summary
The role is a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative at Liberty FCU's Newburgh office. Primary duties include handling member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan/credit card payments, transfers, and shared branching), determining item acceptability, identifying potential fraud, and recommending appropriate products/services while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality service. Additional responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, supporting branch goals with cross-sell efforts, processing night drops, assisting with vault duties, handling telephone inquiries, and ensuring compliance with policies and security procedures. Qualifications require a HS diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays; banking experience is preferred.
