Job Summary
Teller/Member Service Representative needed for Liberty FCU to serve as a primary MSR and float to Evansville, IN-area branches. Responsibilities include handling member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, transfers, shared branching), determining item acceptability, identifying potential fraud and maintaining confidentiality. Duties also encompass balancing cash drawers, supporting branch goals and initiatives, assisting with night drop and cash machine balancing, helping members access safe deposit boxes, answering inquiries, upholding security and privacy policies, and completing compliance training. Requires strong member service skills, professionalism, and flexibility to work at multiple locations; banking experience preferred and HS diploma or GED is required.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- at least 18 years of age
- flexible schedule
- ability to travel to other office locations when needed
- 1-2 years of cash handling experience
- banking experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- high level of confidentiality and security
- ability to learn products and services and meet cross-sell goals
- ability to work up to 40 hours per week including Saturdays on a rotating basis
