Job Summary
Teller/Member Service Representative responsible for handling a range of member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, shared branching) with accuracy and confidentiality. Role includes operating as a primary MSR, meeting member needs with product knowledge, cross-selling to support branch goals, assisting with night drops and cash balancing, processing transactions at branch locations in Vincennes/Northern Indiana, and maintaining security/compliance awareness. Requires strong member service skills, 1-2 years cash handling experience, HS diploma or GED, ability to work up to 40 hours weekly including Saturdays, and willingness to travel between nearby branches. Banking experience preferred and prior exposure to fraud prevention and confidentiality practices is valued.
