Job Summary
Primary Member Service Representative/Teller at Liberty FCU's Northbrook Office in Evansville, IN. Duties include handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, transfers, and shared branching transactions with high accuracy; identifying potential fraud; recognizing member needs and cross-selling products; balancing cash drawer; processing night drop; assisting with safe deposit access; answering inquiries; delivering friendly, professional service; and maintaining confidentiality. Requires good member service skills, knowledge of products/services, compliance training, and ability to work a varied schedule including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- at least 18 years of age
- flexible schedule
- travel to other office locations when needed
- stand for long periods of time
- heavy lifting
- 1-2 years of cash handling experience
- banking experience preferred
