Teller (Member Service Representative I)

Provide world-class member service by accurately completing transactions, delivering face-to-face account assistance, and processing high-volume work with a sense of urgency. Safeguard credit union and member assets by following cash control guidelines while offering consultative services on products or referring members to appropriate team members. Comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements, including BSA regulations, to address concerns and gain agreement on member needs. Perform other related duties as assigned while maintaining accuracy and personal care in all interactions.
