Job Summary
Provide prompt and courteous member service as a Teller/Member Service Representative I, handling deposits, withdrawals, money orders, and cashier's checks; maintain a cash drawer and accurately account for funds; answer member inquiries regarding accounts, payments, products, and services; identify opportunities to recommend CWCU offerings. Must be able to perform member transactions, respond professionally, and follow security procedures while delivering accurate information and a positive member experience. Relevant skills include basic math, computer usage (Word/Excel), and a member-first mindset. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:15pm EST.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Keyboard literacy
- Proficient in computer usage (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-service mindset
