Job Summary
Contribute to DCU’s success by identifying members’ needs, providing service excellence and helping members achieve financial goals. Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing) and assist with end-of-day balancing. Understand and explain DCU products and services, complete member requests, and achieve individual referral goals by identifying financial needs and cross-selling appropriate products and services. Adhere to security policies and assist with coverage in other DCU areas as needed. Identify and submit efficiency ideas; perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior cash handling experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Verbal communication skills
- Technical skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Bilingual skills a plus
