Teller

Provide exceptional branch customer experience through in-person and digital engagement. Responsibilities include processing a variety of transactions, balancing cash, handling cash/orderly vault and ATM activities, and completing branch operational duties with accuracy. Actively greet customers, identify needs, educate using digital demonstrations, and guide customers to appropriate banking partners. Manage lobby flow, resolve escalated account issues, and log complaints. Ensure compliance with AML/KYC/BSA and banking policies, maintain internal controls, and support risk management. Demonstrate empathy, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach while staying current on processes and regulatory requirements. Position emphasizes strong verbal and interpersonal communication, data entry precision, time management, and the ability to multitask in a retail banking environment.
