Job Summary
Teller role focused on branch customer experience through in-branch transactions, lobby management, and digital engagement. Responsibilities include processing a variety of financial transactions, balancing and logging transactions per policy, resolving escalated account issues, initiating sales opportunities and connecting customers with appropriate banking partners, and handling branch operations such as cash orders, vault/ATM activities, and wire transfers. Must adhere to AML/BSA/KYC and regulatory standards, maintain a customer-centric, compliant service environment, and demonstrate digital fluency, empathy, and adaptability to support the bank’s brand. Located in Sayre, PA; on-site with standard branch hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- minimum of 6 months customer service experience, including data entry and/or cash handling experience
