Job Summary
Teller responsible for branch customer experience through in-branch service, cash handling, and transactional processing, balancing and processing customer transactions, and escalating/account servicing support. Responsibilities include educating customers via digital demonstrations, identifying self-service opportunities, managing lobby interactions, logging and resolving customer complaints, transitioning sales opportunities to banking partners, and adhering to AML/BSA/KYC and regulatory policies. Requires strong customer service, communication, organization, and familiarity with standard banking operations (cash orders, vault, ATM, wire transfers) and related compliance. The role emphasizes risk-conscious service delivery, empathy, and brand-aligned customer engagement in a face-to-face banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and minimum of 6 months customer service experience, including data entry and/or cash handling experience
