Job Summary
Teller role focusing on branch customer experience through in-branch service, cash handling, and digital engagement. Responsibilities include processing a variety of financial transactions, balancing cash, addressing customer needs, providing lobby management, conducting digital demonstrations, identifying self-service opportunities, escalating and resolving account issues, and facilitating referrals to banking partners. Ensures compliance with AML/BSA/KYC requirements and internal controls, handles consumer banking operations (e.g., cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers), and supports risk management and fraud prevention while delivering empathetic, customer-centric service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- data entry and/or cash handling experience
