Job Summary
Adhere to established customer service standards by educating clients through digital demonstrations, managing lobby interactions, and proactively addressing immediate needs. Accurately balance and process transactions, complete consumer AML/KYC activities, and resolve escalated account service issues until resolution. Transition identified sales opportunities to banking partners and perform branch operational tasks including cash ordering, vault, and wire transfers. Maintain internal control standards and audit points while promoting the M&T Bank brand. High school diploma required with 6 months customer service experience; pay range $18.00 - $26.21 hourly. Located in Womelsdorf, Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
