Job Summary
Conduct core banking transactions, verify deposits, and process wire transfers, FX, and cheque clearings at the Liguanea branch. Cross-sell bank products, manage vault duties, and handle cash shipments while ensuring all regulatory reports and documentation are completed accurately. Maintain superior client experience through effective problem resolution and professional service delivery. This contract role supports the Branch Operations team within Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited in Kingston.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or any other related field from a recognized tertiary institution
- Knowledge of Teller functions & POCA regulations
- Sound knowledge of computer software packages including spreadsheet and word processing applications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Client Experience Standards
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Professionalism in dealing with all clients

Desired Qualifications
