Job Summary
Provide primary customer care at the teller line by engaging customers in conversations, actively listening, and asking questions to build relationships. Maintain the cash drawer including cash handling and balancing, while conducting basic services and account maintenance such as check orders, debit card issuance, and online access setup. Work as part of a team to help customers succeed financially, introducing them to appropriate bankers for appointment setting and proactively promoting products and services. Serve as a risk management leader by adhering to policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Represent and promote Legence Bank within the community while demonstrating ethical standards and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
- Must be available during the 'core' work hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for a minimum of two Saturdays per month
- Must be able to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 30 pounds

- Must be able to refer customers to another branch employee for additional support when needed
