Job Summary
Provide primary customer care at the teller line by engaging customers in conversations, actively listening, and completing service transactions including cash handling, balancing, and account maintenance. Introduce customers to appropriate bankers for financial needs and support lobby leadership with tasks like check orders and online access setup. Serve as a risk management leader by adhering to policies, procedures, and controls while promoting products and representing the company within the community. Available during core hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p. m. Monday through Friday, with two Saturdays per month, and requires a valid driver's license and one year of cash handling experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
- Must be available during the 'core' work hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for a minimum of two Saturdays per month
- Must be able to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to talk and hear
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of Cash Handling Experience Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to quickly learn new software
