Job Summary
Greet members, process accurate financial transactions involving cash and checks, and balance the teller drawer daily. Assist with inquiries and problem resolution, perform basic account maintenance, and scan work and documents. Offer or suggest products and services while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Work Monday through Thursday from 7:50 AM to 4:00 PM and Fridays until 5:00 PM, including wrap-up time. This role supports Old Hickory Credit Union's mission of making a positive difference in neighbors' lives within a close-knit, community-driven team.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a background check and a drug screen
- Candidate must successfully pass an employment credit check
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Prior experience in a cash handling role is preferred
